When does Vow launch?
Vow is opening first in Charlotte, NC. Join the waitlist to hear when we open.

I didn’t get my reset or confirmation email.
Check spam or promotions, then request a new link from the app. Links can only be used once and expire after a while.

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account, or email us from your account address and we’ll handle it.

Billing and the First Date Guarantee.
Guarantee fees and holds are processed by Stripe. Holds are released automatically per the Terms. For a billing question, email us with the date and the last four digits of the card.

Reporting a member.
Use Report in the app on their profile or in chat. Our team reviews reports privately.
