Last updated October 13, 2026

Draft pending legal review. This policy is a working draft and may change before Vow launches.

Vow (“Vow”, “we”, “us”) operates the Vow dating app and meetvow.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Other members see the profile information you choose to show. We use service providers to run Vow: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Stripe (payments), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Resend (email). They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect someone’s rights or life.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your profile within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, payment or dispute purposes.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, turn off notifications, and delete your account in the app. You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing privacy@meetvow.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Age

Vow is only for adults 18 and older.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security. No system is perfect, so please use a unique password.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and notify you in the app for material changes.
